We are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $49.98 or more in the USA!

 

 

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order notification by email. Your items should arrive in 5-10 business days. Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. Your order may arrive in more than one package.

 

Returns and cancellations

The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs. A refund will be issued only after we receive your returned items. Refunds may not appear in your account for up to 10 business days. 

Orders can only be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours of placing the order or before it has shipped. Once it has shipped, the order cannot be refunded or returned due to our return policy(below in red print)  pertaining to the COVID-19 crisis.  

Once the COVID-19 policy is lifted, you may email us and a customer service representative will instruct you where and how ship your package.  There is a $2.50 restocking fee for each item returned.

COVID-19  Return Policy

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 crisis, we will not be able to accept any returns on paper essentials such as toilet paper, napkins and paper towels. We believe this to be important for the safety of our team members as well as customers.  This is effective until January 31. 2021.
